So far we have had a table, two benches, a spice rack and a shelf custom made by Rustic Pine and would recommend anyone have a look. The items in the show room are a little cheaper as they're already made up.We found it a refreshingly informal process of describing / pointing / drawing what you are after. Aside from the questionable English and timekeeping they are overall friendly and very reasonably priced :)

Shocking service.They said my order was going out on Tuesday and would arrive on Wednesday yeah right not to the highlands.If you don’t want to send any furniture to Scotland then you need to say it on the website and not take the money and leave it for a week and then refund it to my bank account and a lack of communication between the buyer and seller absolutely disgraceful your company so I bought it from somewhere different.Good luck with your business I won’t be backShocking

Total cowboys. I ordered some furniture with the exact size and measurements stated but was shocked to find when they delivered the items not only were the delivery people drunk but the furniture wasn't the size that I ordered.

I would like to share the service that I received from Sait and the team at Rustic Pine. I was wanting to create a child's bedroom in my box room but the only way to fit furniture in with a bed was to have a mid or high sleeper in the room but I could not find any stores selling something that would fit in the small space.Sait was brilliant in working out the necessary dimensions and incorporating design ideas from my family. Within a few weeks a bespoke, waxed bed was delivered and fitted with a desk on castors that fit underneath, allowing for a home office in school hours.The bed is every bit as good as expected; beautiful, sturdy and smells lovely! The price was similar or cheaper than many bed/desk combinations I had considered and my daughter describes it as perfect".This is all the more impressive given the challenges presented by the pandemic
