This is an excellent place to bring your beloved pet. They have saved our dogs life after a poisoning scare. Successfully treated him for cancer and have administered pain relief for arthritis. Our dogs quality of life has been greatly improved through working with this vetinary practice and especially one of the vets at the practice Maia.

Charlesworth Vets have always been my first choice. I’m confident my dog will get the best care and treated with love and patience. I know I’ll be given good honest advice. The lovely, friendly staff all do an amazing job.

Had 2 visits and neither one of the staff could give me a diagnosis for a lump on my dogs neck and both gave different advice to me. One of the staff then sent me a cost breakdown to operate which seemed extortionate for something neither one could 100% be definitive about. I certainly expected better when I have paid/wasted over £100 already as I still don't know what the issue is. Very disappointed and lost My trust in the practice as I didn't feel that there was a lot of care or effort involved.

Phoned the practice at 09:15 as my dog woke up with an infected eye and they got me an appointment at 09:30 same day! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The vet was very good & calm with my dog and explained very step to me so I knew how to treat the infection at home. Excellent service!

This is a nice Vets. The staff are patient and understanding to your/your animals needs. I made an arrangement to wait outside with my reactive dog, but the waiting areas aren't crowded. The vet that we saw was very understanding and offered advice and guidance on how we can overcome the issues we have with our dog.I would highly recommend this Vets.

Siggys appointment was an emergency. We were visiting family for the weekend and we couldn't wait until we got home. Charlesworth were very accommodating and sorted Siggys issue very professionally and with a caring manner. We were registered with them when we lived here previously so we knew he was in good hands. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a vet.

Very caring and always professional. We have 3 cats and an elderly dog all are very different characters. Everyone at this practice treats each one of our animals with care and respect for their individual personalities. Highly recommend.
