Andy (ARCS) is the only person we trust with our AGA.Andy his worked magic on our AGA since we moved to Anglesey back in 2019. Originally on oil, Andy serviced, repaired and re-insulated our Aga... with a recent eCookers electric conversion ( part running off solar panels) His knowledge of all things Aga is second to none! We are so pleased with our 'new' Aga, as she continues to be the heart of our home (changing with the times and cost of living). High Recommend Andy everytime!

Andy has been servicing our oil fired Aga for a number of years. We find him to be professional and extremely diligent. Due to the high quality of his work, we never have an issue in between services despite the Aga being quite old. We also find Clare in the office is friendly and extremely polite when she calls to arrange appointments. He covers a large area so is greatly in demand. Would highly recommend.

Had a Rayburn that hasn’t worked properly in over a 15 years and had a few different people service it to no avail. Andy came and not only did he get it running properly I needed to get in touch with him later because it was working too well to which he very kindly came back and adjusted it. This guy is the most professional Rayburn/aga engineer I’ve ever used and would highly recommend him to anybody.

Called to get a service on my Aga as there appears to be a fault. It's new to us as it was in the house when we bought it. We have a newborn and it's our only heating downstairs. They refused to service the aga as I'm not an existing customer. As the only service engineer in the area they have a complete monopoly. How I'm I supposed to get my cooker & heating working if you refuse new customers?Extremely poor attitude towards a potential new customer that would pay for ongoing annual services going that needs some help in the sort term. Now have no heating in the ground floor of the home with an infant baby! Shocking.Clearly there is a gap in the market for range / aga engineers to take customers from this complacent company.

Andy is great! He came out to us very quickly, despite a busy diary, knowing that we had no heating. Clare is great too. Both of them did everything they could to help. They were even able to recommend gas engineers when the Rayburn could not be saved. Would thoroughly recommend ARCS to anyone, their prime focus is to help and give a great service, they are not interested in ripping you off and are completely professional.
