There are 2 volunteers in this store both old and are very rude. They pretend to smile at you and then give you attitude. No one forced you to volunteer so don't take it out on customers. It's unbelievable. They need serious people's skills including the manager. Just because you are a charity shop does not mean you can treat people how you like.

Terrible shop, wanted to donate, some almost new things but must be before 14.30 which I didn’t know about. They said they had too much stuff anyway !! Unfriendly and ungrateful staff. Better throw things away rather than donate, how sad is that !!

You can get some great bargains in here. You can also donate you unwanted good quality furniture, etc. for a good cause.One thing that does annoy me is when people try to haggle in a charity shop - please don't do it out of respect for the charity.

Good place use to shop there alot for years , but recently their things are way too expensive than even the new items, I bought a used vase ,got to range saw the same vase for £2 less, I also saw a jeans for £25 ...

Fantastic and helpful staff who will help with any queries, great value for money on a wide range of items from furniture and clothes to dvds, cds and books puzzles etc, all items are checked before being sold .

I have shopped here for a long time but recently the prices have become very expensive, dearer sometimes than buying new. The people are not as friendly and today I was told I couldn't have the item because it had been priced too cheaply.It was also quite smelly today. Would not recommend unless you want books.It's a shame because I have bought many things over the years.

Useless.. Had stuff for donation worth over 1k and few days in a row couldnt find it open. Seems they close whenever they feel like it. Why take the job if you cant do it??All the stuff had to drop off to other shop.Disapointing..
