Excellent customer service. Ricardo was friendly, patient and helpful in helping us to find what we were looking for.All responses were prompt and professional.We would definitely recommend Porcelanosa Exeter branch if looking for bathroom suites and tiles.

I visited the Exeter showroom several times over the last couple of weeks and saw several members of staff. All were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great range of tiles to choose from.

Professional and very helpful service from David Menhennet. Small order, but he quickly identified what I wanted. Only one Box of 7 tiles required but he kindly gave me another tile which made things a lot easier. Collection at the Exeter showroom was extremely easy and safe. All in all, an excellent service. I would recommend and will use again.

If I could give this company zero I would. Don’t be fooled into thinking that by buying quality you will get the same in customer service. Delivery driver smashed four tiles and damaged our driveway. No one from the company returned my call for a day despite repeated calls. And broken tiles dumped on my driveway. Eventually called back by Dave the area Manager who is nothing but unprofessional and rude. Refunded £100 for the inconvenience and damages. Over two weeks and still waiting for Tariq to call for our bank details. But this included us having to drive to collect more broken tiles. Two mornings off work. And then communication by WhatsApp?! Completely unprofessional. An email of apology ‘because I asked for it’ this should be standard practice and a refund should be straight away. Porcelanosa you should be ashamed and review your processes, procedures and customer service.

Katie in Exeter branch did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations by getting my last minute order in within a day and not Four, result; in for Christmas. Or so I thought, turns out I was 1/2 a tile short! Popped in store to order a tile or box?! They looked out back and David gifted me a spare from the display tiles to save me waiting and having to order a full box for one tile. Beyond the call of duty and the opposite of the now daily, 'computer says no' way of customer service. Great Team at Exeter; such good service and terrific quality tiles. Much appreciated, e)

David at the Exeter store has been so helpful, he has helped us order tiles using our own tile design and measurements and as we have not done this before this was no mean feat!! Outstanding service! Thank you

My experience of choosing bathroom, ensuite shower, cloakroom plus another two sinks for my new house could not have been bettered! I got amazing service from David M and other members of staff who helped me each time i visited. They were knowledgeable, friendly, prompt to respond if I called them and helped me achieve a fantastic deal on beautifully designed and manufactured products. I was able to buy during the sale, so also achieved an amazing price. Looking forward to getting everything installed and having top quality bathrooms. Ricardo Petts at the Exeter branch of Porcelanosa was most helpful in our quest to find the perfect tiles for our bathroom. He was very thorough, giving very useful information and giving us a total costing for the job in hand. He was very pleasant. Highly recommended.
