Place was quite empty, given the time, which I liked. Our server Karen was lovely and friendly, making sure our food and drinks were okay and checking up throughout our visit. Food was delicious, hot and fresh, think our chef was called Ben. Been here before and will continue to come here.

The food was good. Seems like they have taken the brisket off the menu, hence the 4 stars. Went for the ultimate grill instead. Food was not bad at all given that it was Father's Day that day, and the place was super busy. Would definitely go again. Great service and friendly staff.

I went with my parents to this location for the first time. There were only a couple of tables in. It was around 4.15pm . We ordered a couple of meals which were meant to come with half a rack of ribs. Both meals came with only 4 tiny ribs. Normally they should be bigger. My mother ordered extra chips, what came out was a huge pile of stale, dark gross chips. She did not enjoy it at all. The quality of the food was disappointing. The manager took £5 off the bill. We probably won't visit this location again. We will stick with the rising sun or Gravesend. My dessert was fine.

always a good idea to visit harvester. Salad bar is good as always. Have tried almost everything on the manu and always leave satisfied. Have to try starters when there. They used to do awesome potato skins as a starter, such a pity they don't serve them any more.

Awful awful. Where do I start I ordered there ultimate big breakfast when it arrived the eggs were stale cold & overcooked. The breakfast was also cold. When i let the waiter know she wasn’t really bothered so I said I asked for my fried eggs to be runny this is by far the opposite. So after waiting 15 mins I got given some new fried eggs. This is were the nightmare for me began. The eggs were undercooked oozing with roar egg white absolutely disgusting literally it was roar to top that off it had eggs shells within the fried egg that’s right the hard eggs shells. I addressed the situation with the manager who’ didn’t really seem bothered said you don’t have to pay for the breakfast and that was that. Very unprofessional there should have been safety measures in place especially from a organisation like this one. I could have quite easily damaged or even choked on this. Still awaiting a resolution. Once I asked the manager for contact details for head office she never replied back to me. Disappointed disgusting behaviour:

Best experience me and my family have ever had at this Harvester.We arranged a table for my sisters birthday and from the minute we entered to the minute we left the service and food was fantastic.I would like to pay my full compliments to all the staff and a special shout out to our server Aaron who made the evening perfect.A real credit to the business and should be praised.Will 100% be back here again.

Went in late on Friday evening due to a different Harvester on our route had a flooded kitchen.The manager was super polite and explained that our voucher unfortunately wouldn't be valid due to a mistake on their system.We were seated swiftly and provided menus and our drinks order taken.The manager then reapproached us and stated that he had double checked and they had put through an emergency notification that the system had been updated to validate the voucher.The service was exemplary and the food was nicely cooked too. One of the nicest Harvesters I have eaten at.The general staff morale seemed close knit and something the restaurant manager should be proud of.

A huge, delicious turkey Christmas dinner in a very clean and comfortable restaurant.Looked after by our lovely waitress Karen. Incredibly good value and I really enjoyed the salad bar.Look forward to returning soon, Thank you.
