TRJ Solutions and team were absolutely incredible this year, undertaking a big extension project that included a new kitchen living space, utility and bathroom.TRJ came recommended from a friend in the industry, which definitely alleviated some fears, giving testimony to their quality and trustworthiness.We obtained several other quotes, yet TRJ took the time to give us a detailed breakdown based on our spec, and made it really clear what the costs were. Because we both took the time upfront to work out our exact needs and requirements, the quote was incredibly accurate and came in as expected throughout the build. This was a big relief, considering we had had friends who saw a big difference between the quote and the actual build. The clarity and comms that we had upfront helped persuade us to go with TRJ, which continued throughout the course of the project.Throughout the course of the build, TRJ communication was excellent - we knew what to expect each week, and they were on time, dedicated and friendly throughout the whole project.The finished result was excellent - very good attention to detail, on time and in budget. They handled unexpected issues with calmness and confidence, and completely took the stress out of the project. Their aftercare has been exceptional - really hands on and helpful. Tremayne is a a very professional builder with excellent communication and a real commitment to customer satisfaction. We were recommended his services and right from the initial quote, we felt he was the right choice for us. His initial quote was reasonable and detailed, and he happily and quickly revised it based on changes we felt we needed to make. Throughout our build process, which included a range of small challenges and alterations, Tremayne and his team were quick, efficient, and respectful. The build was completed to an excellent standard, with really clear communication throughout. There was a real focus on getting the smaller details spot on, and TRJ definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the project. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

This builder and his team are animals. They urinated in a neighbour's garden, dropped cigarette butts everywhere and knocked down the wrong wall which cost me thousands of pounds!

Tremayne and his team converted our loft and extended our ground level for a new living area and fitted kitchen. The quality of build is of a high standard and the team were professional throughout. Tremayne has an excellent network of trades people with whom he works. He is an excellent communicator and very responsive, always patient with requests and offered valuable advice when we needed it. His initial quote was accurate and he concluded the work on schedule for both the loft and rear extension. We would highly recommend.
