Parcel never got delivered..tracking said delivered at 10:40 but didn't come then I got a message from eBay saying parcel dropped off at 13:24! Didn't come! Unbelievably bad service

They Don’t answer phone. Telephoned 10 times answer machine. No point having a telephone.

If I could I would give minus 10!I was requested a different delivery day, which was confirmed back by Royal Mail. The parcel was 48 hours tracked and required a signature!Obviously ignored the delivery date, he camethe day when I was not at home, BUT my husband was at home all day.He did not ring the bell at all, took a photo of a parcel which we placed under the stairs and signed by himself and took the parcel, so basically stolen. I am fuming and trying to get back my money and found out who was this unbelievable employee. It was a really expensive item!Also, how he can sign on my behalf? That's not even my signature what he created there.It is really hard to ring the bloody bell? Or leave a paper and I am more than happy to collect it.Now I need to run after my item or my money and wait 10 days for this whole investigation madness.Why are they not using people who you can trust and not stealing and signing your parcel?

Lost my sons passport as well as missing letters sent to my address, mail delivered to wrong address and we can count ourselves lucky if the postman actually turns up. Complaints are automated. Absolutely useless
