Had my phone checked for damaged in the ee shop as I needed it sent for repair under warranty. Was told it was ok to send in as they couldn’t see any damage the phone was in great condition. Was then told by phone repair company tmt that screen had impact damage and I had to pay. Phone was returned with impact damage. This company should be investigated they are scamming people out of money

I had an excellent experience with the phone repair service. My Samsung phone was under warranty and initially, I only needed the fingerprint sensor fixed. However, they went above and beyond by also replacing the display and the battery, all under the warranty. This exceptional service far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!"

Absolutely fuming had the common issue like everyone else with my Samsung z 3 flip phone. Black line, air bubbles appeared and then got worse turning the whole screen black. Sent it off for repair under warranty and was accused of dropping it which I did not do. I was given a quote of over £300. I decided not to proceed with the repair and just asked for my phone back because why should people be paying for a manufacturing fault? Anyway received my phone back today and it arrived in a much worse condition. The screen is actually hanging off !! This is not how I sent my phone off .

TMT First! First Class Repair.I requested a warranty repair for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G. The phone was within 24 Months warranty by a year and half. The screen was no longer functional at the top. Failed LCD Display at the fold with a black band. The phone was collected by DPD on the 22nd June and received by TMT First Ltd on 23rd. The repair started almost instantly with no hassle and no further input needed by us. The phone was returned today 27th looking brand new with a complete new chassis, new battery and new screen included was detailed testing report for all the components. I would highly recommend this company and can't offer anything than 5* review. Thanks TMT First!

Damaged my S23 Ultra pretty badly under a chair recliner. Another phone shop had it for over two weeks and were wanting £355 but were unable to fix it whilst stating it was fixed numerous times (handing it back in it's original broken state).TMT took about two weeks in total, which involved sending my phone off, paying the inspection fee (£30) and then the quote of £279 for repair. Turned out cheaper and I am fully satisfied with the quality of the end result, it's almost brand new.Keep an eye on your emails to pay for fees to avoid delays.Also remember to backup your phone first, I used the Samsung Cloud which pretty much returned it back to how it was perfectly.Thanks again :)

Z Flip 4 screen had black line across the fold. Sent to TMT First via samsung, immaculate service, didn't require any input from me. Repaired and sent the phone back in a week. Absolutely no hassle. Spoke the them over the phone for update, were delightful to speak to. Don't despair from reading negatives about the flip and fold phones. My screen was trashed and they replaced it under warranty and free of charge.

Samsung even do not agree with their practices.Sent a phone in for a screen protector replacement tried to charge me for a new screen, Samsung confirmed that this is not needed and contacted them, they have lied and said they have not received this correspondence and tried hitting me with a £360 bill. After speaking with Samsung I doubt they will be renewing their contract come Q3 so beware, If you are like me and the phone is not in warranty just replace the screen protector yourself as these people will scam you.Tried to say my hinge was broken when I sent the phone in good condition so I am assuming the Technician (Not Engineer) dropped the phone and they have caused damage themselves. Samsung have a copy of my case so I'm waiting to see what condition it comes back in as Samsung have the photos of beforeI recommend logging complaints with them as this is what will effect their contract with Samsung to be their repair provider

After a little confusion as to what was happening with my repair the results have left me speechless! My phone (z flip 3) is like brand new i cant believe it & all after it turning itself off when flipped shut after a software update. Brand new battery and screen all under extended warrenty. Great communication and kept up to speed. Thankyou so much i cant believe this is my phone it feels & looks like a brand new one! 10/10 service and only took just over a week! Go to these for your repairs! Well done Samsung!

I am having the same problem with them I sent in my Samsung flip phine that had a black line appear along the fold they said as there were scuff marks on the outside of the phone (on the fold) the warranty was void even though I spent £80 on that case from Samsung?? I have had the phone 10 months and this has happened to me twice now but are being charged £360 for a obvious fault in the phone they have also told me there was a puncture on my screen but that was not there when my phone went in for repair and I have proof of this as I sent Samsung pictures of the phone before I sent it off

As all flip phones do, they tend to have the screen protector bubble up after 6 months of usage. I sent my phone [Z flip 4] for a replacement of the screen protector, and got my phone within 7 days [Sent Saturday, came back Friday]. Device was in immaculate condition and didn't have any problems relating to warranty. A very good experience from me. however, I do understand people have had different experiences but nevertheless, I had no problems whatsoever.
