Excellent service from the time I made the phone call to the office. The lady was really helpful and even offered me advice on how to try to solve the issue myself before booking in for a call out. I couldn't resolve it, so booked in for Ronan to come out. He gave me a call to let me know he was on the way, was very friendly and helpful and solved the issue with my dishwasher. He even gave me tips on how to resolve the issue myself if it happened again, as well as on the type of dishwasher tabs and setting to use. Very highly recommended and would call again without hesitation if having any issues with appliances!

A Friend recommended National Appliance Repairs to me and I'm so delighted to find them. Ronan arrived on time ( rang ahead also). Fixed my dryer and washing machine, while also giving advice on best to buy in the future. He also took the time to look up a part for me for my fridge freezer as I was getting no help from the manufacturer. Highly recommend!

My second time to use this company in 3 months, this time for my washing machine. Again Ronan called on time, he discovered the problem, ordered the pump, came back to fit it and was gone within 15 mins. Only charged for one call out & the pump. Happy to recommend this company again. Excellent customer service.
