If this is the repair partner of your insurance company DO NOT TAKE OUT THE POLICY.Life is too short for this level of u professionalism and incompetence.Nothing is progressed unless you chase and kick up a fuss. The. Your phone will go missing, and it will become your full time job trying to find out what happened. Note my phone has now been off for 'repair' for 6 weeks. Has been lost in the royal mail postal system for over 7 days, on the way back from repair.Yet no one can agree who is responsible for it. Nothing has been done to compensate me for the lost, just excuses and being asked to wait another 28 days.DOES NOT USE.you will have to advocate for yourself and demand that someone take just a little pride in their job.Awful service

SBE are the approved Oneplus repair agent. I completed their online form to arrange a battery replacement for my op 6t. I posted it to them only to receive it back 3 days later with a note saying they no longer offer repairs to this model. This company needs to update the info on their website.

My repair was processed through Honor Express Repair, and got prompted my repair would take place by SBE.I googled the reviews and was extremely anxious as a lot of the reviews here say the phone comes back either repaired but beaten up or even worse not repaired and cosmetically damaged. Or other cases waiting months on awaiting components"As someone who cares about the phone a lot

This company has the rudest reception staff on the planet. The courier service they used mucked up the delivery and when I called to help them out and let them know what had gone wrong - NOT to complain about there delivery as that's out of there control - the first line lady I spoke to simply just wanted to defend and deny all responsibility and tell me to call the courier company - despite the fact the courier company said call the sender. She also insisted that 'I allow her to speak' so I let her talk for perhaps a minute and a bit, when she ran out of breath I asked her if she had finished and was told that I was snooty .... and this was all because I wanted to provide useful feedback about the courier service they were using .... now I know not to bother with these people - pity really I'm sure the company is very good but there front of house person needs a lesson in being nice to people.

I had to send my OnePlus 11 phone to SBE for repair under warranty.The whole process was super easy and quick. They received my phone on Friday and the phone was already with me the following Tuesday. No issues at all since.

Sent away phone for warranty repair, phone returned having had mainboard replaced. Phone was only weeks old so cannot understand why mainboard was replaced. However, since receiving phone back it has continually lost mobile reception. Texts and data work but no phone calls in/out. Having to switch phone off/on at least 2 times a day to make sure it works but even then I don't know until someone tells me they couldn't contact me. Tried to contact manufacturer to no avail. Poor service throughout

I've sent my OnePlus 8 Pro (Blue US model) for two repairs now. Most recently was for a battery and back glass replacement.In the previous repair, I wanted a display replacement due to screen retention fault. For that repair it was under warranty. Everything worked fine for after the repair, but had to wait for 3 to 4 weeks as the display and colour had to be shipped from China. Everything went well except for the damage under the back glass. The back glass was dented underneath by the repair staff and probs clamped it too much. I was only expecting the screen to be replaced and maybe a battery replacement. Not any other damage. I didn't get my battery replaced so I had to get that replaced later on.I sent my 8 pro for another repair a few weeks ago and I hoped I would get it back sooner this time. Obvs not wait for almost a month as it's just back glass and battery repair. I made the request on 6th Nov and got my 8 Pro back on the 14th. Very fast and overall good repair.I now got EU logos at the bottom of the back glass, but what can u do. I did get scratches on the back of the frame as they have to remove the back glass. It's unfortunate, but to dispute another repair I'll have to wait for another month as they would have to get another display (that comes with a frame) from China all because of tiny scratches. So it won't be worth it.I can't really complain about my repairs as both repairs were luckily under warranty.I do recommend people wiping their phone before sending for repair, keep a screen protector on the device and keep updated with the repair. Obvs do expect a few scratches on the screen protector and hopefully none on the frame of the device or on the actual glass.

Had to send my phone (Pixel 7 Pro) here to get repaired (I had a terrible cracked screen which made it malfunction and unusable).Immensely apprehensive and anxious to send and receive my phone back from here due to the reviews.Sent my phone on Weds, they received it next day, repaired it and posted it on Fri resulting in me receiving the phone back Sat morning. So I was without a phone for 3 days which was not an issue for me.I thought to wait and test the phone a bit before leaving a review and I have to say days later;Firstly, great repair - like a brand new phone, screen came back in pristine condition.Secondly, it was a quick turn around, they fixed it well and sent the phone back imminently. Not only did they fix it however, I noticed my phone had a little update too.No problems whatsoever. I am absolutely delighted with the results.Thank You SBE Team, great job well done :)

Did not get a service I expected and paid for. Despite of them being an authorised service centre.They kept the device for nearly 30 days and returned it without repairing. Told me that parts are not available so repair is not possible. I will get a refund i know but wasted 30 days. Another online repair shop has offered to do same repair for less than half the price. Part costs around 5 pounds and rest is labour. Add around 2 pounds for battery stickers which other shop is fitting for free. Don't send devices unless they are in warranty. They quoted 61. I paid it. Device came back without repair. Non-sony offering same for 29 £They kept telling me on phone that they are waiting for parts. They gave me different delivery dates for parts. Finally told me parts are not available. I am wondering how other repair centre has parts and is offering guarantee of the work they will do and are doing same work for less than half the price. They've confirmed they have the parts and device will be send back within 48 hours of them receiving it. SBE should not have quoted me the price when they do not have parts in stock.
