Mikki Gaskell - Life Coach

I worked with Mikki recently and I've never met someone so passionate and positive before. I would definitely recommend Mikki to people who are wanting to build confidence and make a change in their lives.

I had a few sessions with Mikki to work on some personal goals. We reviewed how I think and act and how simply reviewing the way I do things can have such a postive impact on outcomes, how I feel and so on. Mikki is very insightful and knowledgeable. Her tips and views have stayed with me and I often think of her and reflect back to our sessions when I am doing something or acting in a certain way. She is a natural and I would recommend her.

I enrolled in Mikki’s 12 week course for help developing a more positive mind set.Our work together was life changing for me. She taught me things that might have seemed obvious to others, but to me, I’d never thought about.I challenge my automatic thoughts daily.
