Fantastic service and parts department, I’ve had a few problems with an old machine and I’m not an easy customer to please when machines have gone wrong whilst out at clients properties!!! and under pressure the guys at the service dept at Hugh Crane have been professional and knowledgable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Hugh Crane for the service I have recieved.

These guys are masters at what they do. The knowledge of the staff is incredible, the product range is huge, and the friendliness of staff will keep me as a customer as long as they are open.The quality of the the products they sell is top notch and that doesn't mean that the price sky rockets either, full new twin lance and gun setup with installation for less than £75 is a bargain. They have also provided me with custom hoses built by their engineers on site in a matter of minuets.Keep up the great work guys.

Had an issue with the hose not long after having the new washer, Jim rescued the day and sent a new better hose within 24 hours. Top service, top company... cheers lads

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about all their products. Very happy to say they have a new loyal customer for many years to come. The staff were extremely friendly especially Matthew to our kids as well, making it a happy experience for us. Definitely recommend this place
