Lotus House

We've used lotus house so many times but recently we've been very disappointed, we waited over 80 mins for our food despite them repeatedly telling us he'd just left. Wont use again

Ordered at 6.48pm, as shown in pics. Called again at 7.36pm to ask delivery time. They said it was just leaving. See attached ring door bell. They arrived at 8.30pm. The owners turn there phone off when busy, so you can't even get through. Rang over 20 times, and always line busy (phone off hook). The driver even told me this is what they do. The food was horrible. Nothing good to say at all. All stodgy with zero flavour. To top it off the phone lady, loves a lie and loves to be grumpy! DONT USE THESE!

Ordered a few times from Lotus house and every time it's been spot on. Tasty, delivered piping hot in good time, and good value for money, would definitely recommend. The Singapore chow mein is ace! Thank you

Absolute disgraceful customer service, told 1hr, tried to call after 1hr 30 constantly busy phone line, after 2hrs had called over 180 times still no food when have already paid by card payment!!!!

Quick delivery and the food always arrives piping hot. The food is delicious not had a bad meal yet. I always order the Singapore chow mien, the portions are huge. Best Chinese in Worcester.

Ordered happy family (together with other dishes) and not happy with taste of the chicken in it. Contacted Lotus House and they invalidated my concerns. I have never had to complain about food but their response was so very inconsiderate.

I have used Lotus House over a couple of years now, recommended by my daughter. We generally have the crispy duck (delicious) and share a chow Mein. Despite the food being good I have been remiss adding a review. Tonight we decided on Cantonese Spring Rolls, Chow Mein and Special Curry. Well this is the best Chinese food I have tasted in a long time. The spring rolls were excellent and my wife devoured the Chow Mein, saying how good it was. Lastly I had the Special Curry which was full of meat with great size prawns and it was delicious. Delivery despite being quoted 1 hour, was here in 20/25 minutes piping hot. A place to give 5 stars to without a doubt.

The food is really good (really good), the prices are fair. A pity they miss out parts of the order. Happened twice now. When they are busy they won't deliver the missing items. They will add it to your next order". A real shame they don't deal with the issue on the night. Very disappointed."

Have been going to Lotus House since we moved here 3 1/2 years ago. Never had a bad meal from them. Never tried anywhere else - have never needed to. The food here is incredible. Always delivered well within the estimated time and always hot. If I could give 6 stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
