Cafcass/Children services/judges /solicitors all work together in family court ! My 2 children were taken away illegally 2 years ago by children services in Norfolk and cafcass were supporting them illegally got my ex boyfriend into court despite not being the biological father of married or lived with or slept with ! He had no PR or any legal right and was in court from Jan-Aug 2017 !! Cafcass stitch cases up with support from judges/solicitors and children services all getting back handers !!! How i lost my 2 children is beyond words and all over an ex boyfriend who wanted custody of my daughter only of my daughter only ! He was abusive and jealous ex boyfriend and tried to kill my daughter biological father in 2010 yet cafcass and SS were supporting this man in court Jan 2017 who never should of been in there in first place !!! Cafcass need sacking and incompetent and they all lie!!

I am genuinely confused at the point of this service...report written from cafcass which is basically fathers statement worded differently, full of contradictions and lacks any evidence to support case workers professionals opinion" Not a single fact was correctly mentioned from my interview with case worker. Biast towards father because he has the children in his care even though I have not at any point disputed the living arrangement order (as not to upset the routine of my children) I have still been painted as the sporn of Satan and the report has been written with the dramatics that I am. Their father consistently stops childrens contact with me as a means to emotional and psychological control and even when this has been expressed it is still ignored by case worker (been written implying I am the problem) I have tried to speak with him with regards to adjusting his report as I dont feel this is a fair and impartial report but case worker has no interest

Dismal service. Corrupt and bias. This organisation is supposed to be acting on behalf of the best interests of the children in matters. They isolate families and create dramatisation of conversations never had. When you complain they don't care and tell you to take it to court. They are not held accountable for incorrect statements even when evidence is provided and plead ignorant. My cafcass advisor is apparently trained in medicine and is able to diagnose without the input of qualified medical professionals

The woman I had the misfortune of being assigned was offensively condescending and quite clearly biased, and made it blatantly obvious she had already reached her conclusions long before interviewing me. Cafcass have no interest in the truth, nor do they care about the devastation and trauma left behind when they sign off. If you have any faith left in the system before Cafcass get involved, don't expect any afterwards. And I'm sure they lose not a moment's sleep over the broken families they help create.

If your male and trying to have regular access to your child, forget it with these guys, very female orientated, very bad service, divulged details that were confirmed as confidential and didn’t reflect the case in any which way, without any consultation, I had Sandy look after me, lol well she gave me a 3 minute phone call in the whole 8 months of court, until she finally thought whoops I better speak to this guy but the damage had already been done by the mother by then, your stuffed when these get involved

To be the middle men and trained professionals" is a joke

Racially biased and discrimination waste of funding to create jobs for Cafcass case workers falls reports to court to paint fathers as bad individuals one sided report no equal rights stereotype using kids and confusing kids this organisation as a whole should be investigated by independent bodies

Other reviewers have mentioned the bias against men. My experience is that Cafcass workers manipulate children's thinking even if they clearly state they want nothing to do with their mother or father. Not all women are good mothers, some are positively bad for their children. There are many good fathers who really care for their children. Also Cafcass workers have far too much power in the courts. We are told the court generally accepts their advice and recommendations. They can, therefore, recommend whatever they like. There seem to be no checks and balances. To whom are they accountable? Certainly not their clients.or the children they claim to represent. They take far too much on face value and put their own twist on the truth when presenting the case to the court.

Absolutely appalling organisation. They cause damage to young and vulnerable children just to keep their father away, even when the mother has a police record for domestic violence. This nefarious organisation is not independent. It works for the courts and it is totally biased.

Linda gilespie a guardian in a family court on oath made up false allegations towards us parents and the judge sat and accepted this.No help has been put into place knowing I struggle reading and writing and no advocate was assigned to me and I've had to share information in order to get an understanding including from the court hearing today.
