A Very Magical Adventure

Really disappointed with the lack of response from this company. We were late due to the storm in December and tried to contact them to arrange to join the tour along the route but no response.No response at all to any text or Facebook message and the phone is constantly off when you try to call.Customer service is terrible, offered a refund eventually and then changed their mind.

Visited on a Sunday, great fun and very age appropriate for the kids.Eric the Viking has to be a highlight, great sense of humour and boundless energy.Cake and drinks really sets this experience apart from other walks /tours.Well considered!!!

We were walked to the Shambles but we don't really know why, then trooped back through crowds to near the Minster. The Viking was good but that's about it. We were then taken to a small room (no ventilation) to be shown an average 'spell', then taken to another room to be charged a lot of money for drinks and snacks. The next room to pay for the additional drinks and snacks then had more things to buy. Appreciate times have been hard but there really wasn't anything outstanding about this experience.
