Kwik Fit - Sutton-In-Ashfield

Booked in or 12:00 today for tyres. Turned up only to be told the place is closing early as they have no one booked in... Now have to drive to another place to get tyres. Poor management is not the word. Will definitely not be using Kwikfir again.

I can't thank Mark and the team enough for the work they've done for me today, they went above and beyond for me fixing my tyre, considering I had it done yesterday and it already needed fixing I really just want to thank the team! Really 10/10 recommend this garage!

Unfortunately have a lease vehicle so I had to use a kwik fit. In the past other sites have been great. This site was dreadful. Stood at the desk for almost 15 mins while the staff finished their conversation. No acknowledgment of me. I was then treated like a simpleton and as if I had offended them with my audacity of bringing them work. I will avoid this branch as much as humanly possible. I have never met such an inhospitable person working front of house.

Work done created a fault. In the words of your engineer the dashboard had “lit up like a Christmas tree”.The car was only just drivable on the way home but I couldn’t return as I had another appt.Testing today (the day after) shows that the MAF sensor, which was the only bit of the car that had to be removed, has died- presumably as a result of it being removed or the way it was removed.I have had to order a new one at a cost of £179 which I do not appreciate and shall be looking to you for recovery

Always good service. Professional, quick and easy to use. Online booking is great as my problem happened on Sunday so was able to book in first thing Monday morning. No fuss or hassle.

I have to use Kwik Fit as I have a lease vehicle…..they aren’t Kwik and the chap in charge looks like he doesn’t want to be there. More than once I’ve been left standing in reception waiting to be acknowledged for at least 5mins +, on my last visit I couldn’t get a tyre check as I suspected one tyre at least needed changing, too busy. I offered to return later that day but couldn’t make an appointment either that day or the next, I was told they were short staffed and could not make appointments.I reported this to my leasing company who suggested another company as back up.It’s really sad as I live literally 2 mins away but I’m hoping I don’t have to go again, if you go check out the looks on peoples faces waiting in reception, that will tell you everything you need to know.As another review I have read said, ETS just two mins away are completely different, I take my own vehicle there for tyres ect, different experience totally.

Good availability to get booked in for a winter check but the guy checking in the car at reception needed some customer service training, grumpy, didn't even make eye contact, he really didn't want to be there I don't think, would still use this branch though as it's convenient.

Was waiting to be acknowledged at front desk for over 10 minutes. Waiting area was dirty and well worn. Staff members were surly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to their day wouldn't want to return
