Terrible experience when visiting this store at the beginning of September. The women's department was closed early and so choice of footwear was extremely limited.There was a dispute with a customer who refused to leave the store. When I entered there were a lot of staff surrounding the customer who was explaining why he should have an exchange, one staff member was particularly argumentative.The customer service experience was very poor as the male staff were focused on discussing and hovering around the customer who did not display and aggression towards the staff.The staff member who was argumentative shouted and spoke angrily towards a female staff member on the shop floor, of which I thought was absolutely disgusting!The staff on till dsiplayed poor customer service. And lastly the store was filled with flies!!Needless to say, I shall not be returning to this store.

Worst customer service ever never seen it in sport direct ever, staff just just don’t care they can stand around do the talking about their house and sex problems but they don’t care about the customer no matter what, they are standing next to customers and ignore them.Please avoid this store.

Wide range of choice staff not very helpfull

Yet again another sports store who offer no customer support to their staff. Stood in a que 10 customers deep with 1 member of staff on the till with another stood next to her unboxing and refusing to jump on to help. No maners and no further custom from me.

Went here today. Used the lift as I am disabled and struggle with the stairs. Felt very unsafe in the lift as the floor felt very unstable. My daughter wanted to try stuff on the changing rooms are tiny and absolutely filthy even rubbish on the floor. For a big company this is just shocking and basically unexceptable.

Very slow on customer service, stuff doesn't bother customer quee, 13 people waiting for service, had to wait 25 minutes.

Prices are ok, but stock is very hit and miss. They seem to just have replica football kits for the same small handful of clubs in stock. They have some good equipment for cricket and golf though. Also useful for well priced branded running shoes and trainers. Two floors but they've really crammed in the shelves so can be a bit of a maze when it's busy, having to squeeze past people.

My worst experience with this branch, bought so many things from multiple time from multiple branches and had excellent shopping experience but with this branch I got really disappointed. Staff is not customer oriented neither helpful and huge communication gap in between their own staff. I’ll never comeback.

The management team are blind or just unable to provide good customer service. Bring back faulty shoes, manager unable to see fault on the product and refused to refund the money but was happy to replace with smaller size shoes.
