Extremely poor branch. Always very very long wait times even if order click and collect using the app. Staff have really poor attitudes. This is worst mcdona I've been 2. My office is only down the road and I use to use here often never ever again. Who ever owenw the franchise 2 this branch should b ashemd. Letting the whole of the brand down. Its like it's run by kids that have no customer service skills and don't care at all. To get through the drive thru today took nearly 20min with 3 cars in front. This place needs a good audit and looking into.

Always a really great McDonalds. Staff are great and food is usually served pretty quickly. Sometimes can be a bit of a wait, but only when it's really busy.

Reo served me amazingly at this branch, consider the other customers were treating him badly at the time. The food could be improved and the atmosphere definitely needs improving although his service was excellent. Potentially the only thing Mcdonald's are doing right at this branch, otherwise the review would be 2 - 3 stars instead.

Absolutely AWFUL. Tried stackhouse for first time. Doesn’t look like the photo, hardly any sauce at all. Bit into cheeseburger - to my horror had no gerkins and no onions! Thats the best part! Won’t be going there again

I don’t mind getting a mcdonalds, however every single time i go to this one my order is messed up . This morning i was given cold porridge. Last visit i was given full sugar coke when i asked for sugar free for health reasons and previously to that my burger was cold . Absolutely by far the worsed mcdonalds i have ever been too .

Paid for items that when at home, were not in the bag after asking twice, is it all in the bag. It took 2.5 hours for someone to answer the phone. They couldn't do a refund over the phone and I've got to go in. Causing me to return, miles out of my way. Won't be going again.

Order on Just Eat for my family and my 1YEAR OLD said that my order was prepared and that the driver was waiting for my food then they CANCEL my order after waiting over 1HOUR and my son was due his tea just as it was meant to be here. Absolutely ridiculous what they have done!

Worst McDonald's ever (pretty low bar I know). Service is slow, which wouldn't be so bad if you get fresh food but the fries were cold, undercooked and soggy. Burgers don't look anything like the pictures either. Very disappointing.

Absolute joke, arrived 5 mins before the restaurant closing time. And they had already locked up the doors. I was in my big van and needed the toilet and food. But I couldn't get ethir. Wouldn't fit in the drive though.If you advertise your closing time at 10, then you lock at 10. Not before. That is employee lazyness. Getting home a few minutes earlier made my life way more difficult. So well don't to the staff here for being anti consumer.
