I had 2 recommendations to use Court Farm Garage and I’m glad I did. After another garage messed up what work needed doing, Court Farm called me to say it wasn’t necessary but also noticed that the other garage had missed some important maintenance. They ordered the new parts immediately and I was back at work by lunchtime. Grant, Jenny and Lulu were very professional, friendly and helpful. Prestige marque quality service delivered by a local family business, Carol Newnham Private Hire.

This garage claims to uphold Honesty, Integrity and Trust as a family run business but in my opinion they're A Wolf in Sheep's clothing.The simple oil change I asked for them to carry out came to a shocking £212 and they kept my van for a whole day. After an explanation of the entire bill and later examining the contents of the invoice it was revealed they had carried out work I had not asked for or even phoned to check if I wanted it done, which I didn't! I was also flabbergasted at the way they tried to justify it as if they had done me a kindness by carrying out the work they did and charging me for the pleasure, assigning blame to either myself or others rather than admitting they were at fault for various things.As a single woman entering a garage to have repairs done its always a daunting experience. I was totally taking in by these people and their facade of an 'Honest trustworthy family run garage' from the moment I stepped through the door but upon leaving not even the reduction of my bill was of any consolation to my first experience here and I will not be using them again or recommending them to my friends.

Exceptionally well organised, and able to deliver Nationwide. Super helpful, no stress and we had our new car delivered all the way to Buckinghamshire without once laying eyes on it. Everything was taken care of for us and we couldn't be happier. When they delivered our lovely new (to us) car, we dropped the delivery driver to a train station and that was that. Superb. I first contacted Grant in 2019 for advice about buying a used Bockmann trailer. When I felt it was time to upgrade my trailer, I felt sure that I'd get good advice so of course I got in touch to arrange a visit. I spent a couple of hours looking at all of the models on site, Grant explained the differences in each of the models highlighting the features that best suited my requirements. I felt no pressure to make an immediate decision (not an easy thing when all of the trailers are truly out of this world). I chose a trailer that was so much more than I expected, it's absolutely beautiful and tows like a dream. Don't hesitate to contact Grant and his team. I have a classic BMW and have recently decided to install an up to date audio system including rear Camera which involved completely re figuring the centre console absolutely delighted with the service I received from court Farm garage from sourcing the unit to the final install professional courteous and competitively priced thanks once again for what was a very tricky job delighted

My wife needed a car and saw on the garage website. She messaged about a test drive and was invited up the day after. The car was ready to go when she got there and had a good test drive. She was pleased with how John dealt with her queries and the assurances he gave her, so much so she bought the car. We went back to pick it up a couple of days later. John had had the car valeted, sorted out all the paperwork and road tax and went through the warranty details and was professional throughout. We've had the car 5 days and took it on a 500 round trip today, it drives really well and has had no issues so far.

Grant from Court Farm Garage was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I wanted.I was after a German Böckmann Trailer because I used to travel my horses in Germany in a Böckmann.There are only a handful of dealers in the UK and after contacting the brand in Germany I was given Grant's contact details.He responded to my initial email with an in-depth phone call where he explained everything and answered all of my many questions.As a lot of these technical details were hard for me to remember he also sent me all the information in a follow-up email.I decided to drive to his garage to have a look at all the trailer models in person and he spent well over an hour with me, again explaining everything very clearly, comparing the different models not only to each other but also to other trailer brands.He really made the decision very easy for me and I felt like I was advised with a lot of honesty, professionalism and never any pressure to buy anything.Grant was also incredibly helpful when selecting the specifications for the trailer.He offered me a great overall price which included some generous extras, delivery to my yard on my preferred date and he also sorted out the license plate for me plus installed the data-tag software.Throughout this process he was exceptionally friendly, highly professional and very patient.It has been 10 months that I have had my trailer and every time I take my horse out in it is a delight. It feels much higher quality than other equivalent brands, with lots of really useful extras and it is very comfortable to tow.I couldn't be happier about my experience with Court Farm Garage and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for making buying a fantastic trailer so easy and straightforward for me.

Really excellent personal service. We went to see Bockmann trailers and spent 2 hours there! Nothing was too much trouble and the owner's knowledge of the products was very impressive and reassuring. A real honest family business.Highly recommend.
