My experience with this salon has always been a great experience I get my Botox with Rachael but recently had RF with Kirsty. Kirsty is fantastic iv had 4 sessions and I'm over the moon with My results my legs are holiday ready. Kirsty made me very comfortable and very welcomed all round such a lovely lady. I booked for a tattoo removal on my brows. When I went there, chloe explained for me that how my brows gonna looked after the procedure for a few days. And she told me it’s up to me if I want to carry on or cancel my appointment. I decided to cancel my appointment as I couldn’t stay at home for a few days until my brows get healed. They gave me fully refund in spite of the fact that it was my fault and I had to do research before booking.I am a beautician and have a beauty salon, I know how valuable is when a salon staff doesn’t think about only getting money and don’t care about their clients. Even though I haven’t done the removal but their behaviour for me was absolutely valuable. Thank you so much

THE BEST in Southampton. I have had multiple treatments with different staff members at Rachael Katie and never once left unsatisfied. They are professional, friendly and amazing at what they do! More importantly affordable and the most gorgeous salon! 100% recommend.

I regret to say that my experience here has been deeply unsatisfactory. I underwent two fat-dissolving treatments using Aquaylex on my back and stomach, and meticulously followed the prescribed aftercare plan, which included drinking 2-3 liters of water daily and massaging the treated area. To my dismay, instead of seeing desired results, I have actually gained two inches on my stomach and lost definition in my entire abdominal area.I want to clarify that this was the only treatment I pursued, and I maintain an active lifestyle with regular exercise. The discrepancy in my results is solely attributed to this treatment. Upon reaching out to Katie, I was informed that the treatment isn't guaranteed, and no refund or credit would be given in replacement leaving me extremely disheartened.In sum, I have invested over £300 in this procedure, only to witness an unfavorable outcome. I implore others not to place their trust in this treatment and avoid wasting their hard-earned money.

First time getting filler was quite nervous. Everyone was soo lovely and smiley and the procedure was over so quickly. Didn’t hurt half as much as i expected. Absolutely in love with the results ❤️❤️
