Four of us ladies have just stayed 2 nights at this fabulous b&b Sue & Ian are very friendly and welcoming the house is decorated with impeccable taste and the rooms are immaculate the breakfast was great perfect infact, this was my second stay and the high standard hasnt changed.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Bank House. Sue & lan were very welcoming & helpful at all times. Bank House is tastefully refurbished, it's perfect & spotless, the bedrooms were beautifully decorated, & cosy, with fabulous views of the locks.Breakfast was delicious with a large choice of menu. We will definitely be returning. A lovely part of Scotland.

We stayed here for two nights during the lull in the coronavirus pandemic, in September 2020.We received a very warm welcome and careful attention throughout our visit, including plenty of tips for getting the most from our stay.We were delighted to be given a free upgrade to a turret room which was just lovely, quiet, beautifully furnished and very comfy!Breakfast was lovely with some slightly unusual choices and gorgeous bread!

Lovely place to stay in the Highlands in Fort August.The place is amazing, great garden outside and very calm area.Breakfast was very nice and both Sue & Ian were amazing host.

Great location, good rooms, we overlooked the locks. Breakfasts were excellent and cooked to order and to our requests. The owners were very friendly and accommodating and excellent hosts. Would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful location, friendly hosts, and wonderfully restored 1904 building. Originally this was the home of the bank manager for the local branch of the Bank of Scotland. The B&B is located right off the top locks where the Caledonian Canal joins Loch Ness. A great place to spend a couple of quiet days.

Stay here! Beautifully restored home with immaculate attention to detail. Owners only too keen to help. An early start saw Sue and Ian wake early to provide us a hot breakfast, they insisted. So hospitable and friendly. The room was scrupulously clean with all the refinements of a high class establishment but with a personal touch, down to Sue's home made jams.

One of the best B and B's in Scotland. Beautiful old building that has been meticulously restored with close attention to the smallest detail. Sue and Ian are welcoming and gracious hosts. Guest rooms are spacious and delightful. Breakfast was delicious. We hated to leave. A must for a visit to Fort Augustus!

Walking the Great Glen Way we stayed in 5 excellent B&B's, this was one of them, from the moment we arrived the care and attention directed at us, even during Covid times, was brilliant.Things like choosing breakfast and packed lunch on very detailed often laminated forms was evidence of the level of care directed at the guest, we choose fruit salad for breakfast and were treated to a full bowl of finely sliced and chopped fresh fruit, accommodation was equally luxurious, comfy big beds and a good selection of hair care product! Thank you again.
