I saw Neilre mineand my grandkids windows. What a guywhat a price .....i was quoted nearly £ 60006windows and a consvtry door Icould not afford both so he said to get the windows firsty .door will follow later definitely . In the end my husband left me and I could Not afford it so the other chap who was very nice gave me a trade price. ( see above)I cannot believe the differences between the two quote(hence the ratings)

Sexist salesman, couldn't seem to comprehend that a woman could be a sole homeowner. Came to quote for windows, spent 15 minutes at my home and didn't mention windows once - just wanted to grill me on my relationship status. Had to ask him to leave in the end. Unprofessional and time-wasting - never again, avoid at all costs.

Sales guy is sales-y but friendly had a great laugh with him and gave a good deal. Totally understand why they ask for both people to be present in such a purchase, unlike some of the reviews on here.The installation couldn't have asked for more the guy was friendly and didn't stop all day till he finished.Love our new windows, great quality.Knocked off a star for their phone sales people who phoned trying to get us to purchase when they were booked in the following week already.

Infuriating company to deal with. They did my patio doors for a good price and did good work. I wanted them to quote for fascias and soffets but they just used horrible high pressure sales tactics. Refused to visit and quote unless both me and my wife were there.

A very polite man knocked my door saying we are giving quotes for windows & doors. Took my details and said you will receive a call.2 minutes later a man called saying we will come over to give you a quote but what you and your wife both to present. I said just want price but he started this is a decision to be taken together bla-bla" besides I told him no

Our front patio door unit had gone beyond its reasonable life and when my wife asked if I could replace the letter plate that was the last straw.Still wondering what to do about when Simon knocked on the doo r, came in for a cuppa and gave a super price for the whole unit which we accepted(letter plate as well)Stewart and his son arrived today as promised and carried out the installation and the job is perfect...all cleaned up as wellI really cannot speak more highly of this company

Had roofline work done in October. The render on the front of the property was damaged. Despite polite phone calls, e-mails and a letter from us, we have received no response from the company offering a resolution. It is now January. Will update the review over time to record further inaction or action.

Pressure sales tactics. One-off deals that must be signed up to right now". initial quote was in the region of £50k which gradually dropped to £15k from several follow up calls and deals. 3 years later and they still phone occasionally to ask if they can re-quote. Avoid."
