Amazing place the staff are extremely passionate about warhammer and a well of knowledge a nice array of minatures to purchase and a display with some amazing paint jobs great place to learn about the hobby and they do sessions where you can learn to build paint and about the tabletop game of warhammer.Very addicting hobby and always new stuff to try ofcourse it is expensive but it is high quality minitures that look amazing even without being painted but always gives you the challenge of painting it to the standard where you are proud to have display it.Highly recomment this place to everyone

Massive thanks to Max at Warhammer, Norwich today.Demystified the vast range of Citadel Colour paints and how to use different ranges to best effect on Gundam kits. Helped select a couple of good colour sets.Also invited us to their hobby sessions to get most out of building and painting your kits.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had in a retail shop, all those who work there are amazing, spent about 2 1/2 hours with Matt who works there, he kindly explained to my daughter and partner how to make the figures, how to paint then allowed me and my daughter to duel it out on a short game, how he spoke, the passion and energy was amazing, I already do fallout wasteland warfare but Matt has definitely made me, my daughter and partner a Warhammer fan, give this man a bonus for Christmas he deserves it! THANK YOU AGAIN MATT

Happen to wander into the Warhammer shop to take a look as I’ve always wanted to get into painting miniatures but always felt there was a huge skill barrier to be able to. My son and I were warmly received as we entered and before long James had struck up a conversation and just like that the barrier I felt was there crumbled away as James guided us through the assembly and painting of a model which incredibly was given at no charge. We must have taken up a good 40 minutes of James’s time at at no point did I feel a burden or bad for my lack of knowledge. We built painted and played the minis we had been given. I feel painting miniatures is achievable skill thanks to the passionate and dedicated staff.

Great super friendly staff, with such knowledge. Fully dived into this hobby now! Even got my partner involved too.

Cant speak highly enough about the staffs, makes me want to know more about the warhammer world, great asset to any organisation really. thanks guys

I was on Holiday in the UK and decided to pop by this warhammer store on my shopping day in Norwich last week.As soon as I stepped foot in the store I was pleasantly greeted by staff. Had a very energetic conversation! Was asked about my day and shown around the store to look at some stock. I was even given a free mini to come paint on my next visit.Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to come back before we needed to go back home but I know what to do next time I'm in Norwich.Couldn't recommend enough. 11/10I'll be back for sure.

My son said it was very good and interesting to learn about warhammer. The staff were very helpful and friendly and my son got to paint a figure to take home with him because it was his first time at the shop, and he got to play a game of warhammer to see if he liked it before we bought him a set for Christmas. The staff are very enthusiastic about their job and spend lots of time with you to teach you about the game. Would recommend.

The staff are really helpful and friendly, they get to know to know all there customers and if you don't know what you are looking for they will still be able to help.
