try to book your van in and all you get is we will ring you back and they never do..How hard is it to look on a calendar and see what dates are available and book you in while your phone..Upgraded this to a 3 star as I do feel they do a very good job once they have your van, also they are very friendly..Also last couple of times I rang they dealt with my problem there and then… so please keep it up.

Absolutely shockingI have this very evening received my vehicle back after Northside, who have had the vehicle for 6 days, delivered it back stating that all the issues had been dealt with.....they haven'tBelow is the summary of the continuing situation:1. The vehicle STILL pulls to the left (even though the Northside representative told me it doesn’t) and I have to steer to the right to keep it straight – this hasn’t been addressed and it is a safety issue2. I told the same representative handover the horn sounds exactly like it did when I gave it back to you guys i.e. not working properly – this hasn’t been addressed3. There was a scuff mark on the roller shutter that Northside said could not be repaired and gave the vehicle back with the scuff marks still there, guess what....they have now gone – I got a cloth, the “Pink Stuff” cleaning solution bottle and with some elbow grease it has now gone - they clearly didn’t even try to resolve this4. The vehicle is filthy, cobwebs all over the back bumper, no effort to clean the vehicle before returning it to me5. The representative informed me that the vehicle was taken from Doncaster to Hull today so she could deliver it to my house tonight – they have put unnecessary mileage onto the vehicle AND haven’t even had the courtesy to either fill the tank up to compensate for the excess mileage Northside have added to the vehicle or even clean it6. Handbrake is still loose and this triggers the warning sign that the handbrake is onIn short NONE of the defects have been addressed even though they have had the vehicle for a week, clearly they have let it sit on a forecourt or parking lot and then give it me back claiming everything is sortedThis is shocking service and given Mercedes Benz is classed as a Blue Chip Brand and based upon my experience over the 10 weeks I have had this vehicle I would have to say either Mercedes are not the brand they claim to be or Northside are just very poor at their jobWord of advise, think long and hard about dealing with Northside

I've been ringing for a week for a price on a part and fitting all I get is will ring you back no one ever has how hard is it to get a price then phone the customer if I did this I would be out of buisness Update had a phone call saying someone will email within 24 hours with a price 4 days later still no email

Ordered mirror trims and new bonnet, both came on time. Will use again and recommend. fantastic service

Been useing N/side 4 many years now & my sprinter was in 4 a recall. I had an issue with the replacement item. Please 2 say Northside & MB saved the day.Remember, quality counts & the van in front is a Mercedes
