brought my parents here ..dad was using a mobility chair and was worried about going...he neednt have been...the young lady that helped us was incredibly patient and understanding ..unfortunatly i dont know the ladies name .but she did tell us that she just returned from holiday ...an asset for your company ...thankyou ...

Went with my friend on Friday morning, we weren’t able to find a proper trainer for my friend as she has a flat foot, but with a help from Lora who is really friendly, kind and professional, we ended buying 2 pairs of trainers for both of us! We are really pleased with our purchases! Thank you Lora!

Just went on the off chance to see if I could get a pair of posh" grownup looking trainers for me. I have tiny feet and have much difficulty finding anything that fits that doesn't look childish. Saw a pair I liked but couldn't find my size. The assistant sorted it out straight away. Ended up buying a second pair and my partner who wasn't even looking for shoes got some too. Lovely shop lovely staff"

I went last week with my dad to buy him some shoes from Skechers in Teesside park in Middlesbrough. Anyway we end up buying him 2 pairs -1 trainers and 1 pair of sandals.The sandals were about £75, a bit pricey but they seemed comfortable and the right size. Happy days! My dad wore them once for a walk and he found them very uncomfortable as they would come easily off his foot! The reason for that is that the lace is elastic and somehow doesn’t want to stay in place if you try to tighten it back! Anyway as I paid so much for them I took them back to the shop and I was expecting a swap or a refund. I had a “nice”surprise to see the sandals are now reduced to £55. I was asking for a swap and the lady supervisor was so rude she said because the sandals have been worn they can’t swap them and they can not resell them if taken back and that they cannot do anything to help.How is that possible???So are you saying that the warranty for your china overpriced products is less than 0? Excuse me! Is not my problem that you can’t resell them! My problem is your rude attitude and the care for your customers!Long story short - really rude staff and customer support as they are gathering to talk to each other whilst customers struggle to find the right size and I would never buy anything from here again! I am sure all the customers who bought these sandals will have the same issue with them.

We'll set out some bargains to be had. Nice store to spend a little time looking, staff were great and so friendly and helpful.

Sketchers is always a friendly shop..never pressure to buy just friendly staff with advice , that's what the public want. That's why I only but Sketchers ..comfort and durability. X

Had a wonderful experience buying trainers today. Rose was so knowledgeable and helpful, she explained what trainers would help me with my foot problem. Would definitely recommend this store.
