Bought a car we’re very happy with in October, but we still haven’t received the paperwork, which PFM promised to post us on multiple occasions. Also received a fine for the car we’d traded in being uninsured five months after we’d sold it to them, again because the paperwork hadn’t been done. Very nice people when we speak to them, but it has been a nightmare to get the admin sorted - we are having to request a new log book as clearly they have no intention of getting it to us.

Great service and true to their word. Bought a car for my daughter. They gave it a service and MOT before handing it over. The MOT found issues, and these were fixed. Then in the first couple of weeks there was an issue with the suspension. They fixed it, no charge. Next time I am looking for a car I will go here. Thanks Andy!
