Used Thomas & Thomas to undertake Quality Control services for a 41 storey residential tower we developed on behalf of Oakmayne Properties. Found the team to be very hardworking and professional, and regularly went beyond the cal of duty (OOH working, etc) to ensure our requirements were met .Have also used George and team for other professional surveying services (pre-acq, party wall etc) and have always delivered for us and clients.

Alex conducted the building survey during our house purchase recently, and we could not have been happier with his service. His report was incredibly detailed and he spent a lot of time afterwards explaining his findings and recommendations for further due diligence. He even went beyond his initial scope (free of charge) to research the history of the house and provide context for the historical work that had been done. We could not recommend him more highly!

Alex conducted a full buildings survey on a property we purchased. He was able to squeeze us in with little notice which was really helpful. He spent hours at the property and was meticulous in documenting his findings for us. He also was very keen to help us understand the findings and provided us with guidance on next steps.
