DPD Swansea

3 parcels not delivered and 3 fake photos sent of someone else's property. Disappointed . on calling the company they were aware of false photos being sent was a regular complaint.

Absolutely awful service failed to deliver my parcel two times through no fault of my own first time the donut driver called Dale ignored my address and took my parcel back to depot even though he was in my area also lied about delivering it to next door then when it was supposed to be delivered to my local convenience store it was not there on the day they stated either. Absolute joke disgusting service id love to meet a few of these absolute monkeys. Edit...I have put up by one star and lucky they are getting that as yes 1 star a bit harsh. I hear of off numerous businesses that they have major problems with DPD all the time prove me wrong because you can't. Maybe if they could get the job right you wouldn't attract comments such as this one! Because of DPD messing me about I have had Vodaphone try to charge me for a phone I never received and then even pass my details on to a debt collection agency with threats of a black mark going against my credit. No apologies of off the company nothing! I can appreciate the job the majority of them do and I bet a few delivery drivers are great people who KNOW how to do their job properly but for a few I double down on my comment of absolute monkeys. Owner should have more control over the company because by the looks of things it's hard to get it right. Response to the owner I was looking after family members and working during lockdown what did you do? Obviously not delivering parcels. Minimum wage? Well why don't YOU pay them more then considering your the owner? Hmm because it goes into your pocket maybe?

Paid for next day delivery on Saturday, received a message on Wednesday that it would be delivered by 6pm, nothing, then the same message on Thursday, and another at 4pm saying my parcel is ready to be collected, in a depot 40 miles away. The order was for car parts so there's no way I can collect

This place is not really set up for customers calling. You have to press an intercom button and speak with someone in the building to handle your query. There's no protection from the weather which is a downside while waiting around. Staff are friendly and helpful enough though.

No attempt made to deliver the parcelFollowed tracking to within 2 miles of my address only to have an email sorry we missed you" At no time did they attempt to deliver the parcel but left it at a drop off point. This was an 18 mile round journey to collect at 7pm. No reason given or attempt of delivery after paying for next day. I will not place an order with any firm using DPD in future."

Delivery driver ‘Rhian’ based out of the Swansea depot has - for two days in a row - seemingly flat out refused to deliver my parcel and entered false information into the DPD tracking tool (no Rhian - you haven’t even seen me you lazy sod). Poor customer service - 3 promises of calls back - none received. Tomorrow I’ll be waiting for this useless driver to return and will be asking some pressing questions.

Shocking experience. DPD Driver Alexander tried to deliver my parcel to wrong address and marked it as delivered. Then took it back to depot without trying to deliver it to the correct address. And now they are sending my parcel back to sender.

Useless, absolutely useless. The sender would have a better success rate if they tied their parcel to a bit of string and attached it to a balloon. In fact, there’s probably more chance of the delivery actually turning up that way.
