Unfortunately not a good word to say about Cubitt west Shirley. Communication was awful, all they seemed to care about was getting a sale but don’t check buyers properly or make any effort to negotiate a smooth sale. Awful inexperienced service.

As first time buyers, we weren't too sure of what to ask about - but were guided through the process so generously by the Sales Team. Excellent service, highly recommended. We had a couple of houses purchases fall through and the process became quite stressful but Tommy and Rocco were incredibly supportive.
