Thought I’d add my own experience.Good lads,went there to view one van but ended up buying another after realising I couldn’t drive it due to weight so great full they pointed that out.End d up buying a ex police transit jumbo from them and so far very impressed ,for an older vehicle Its in amazing condition especially where it counts.Cheers guys

I collected my Ex-Police Mercedes Sprinter this weekend and I am very happy. I travelled 1000+ miles to collect the van so I was relying on the honesty from Force Vans and the advert. Everything was exactly as they said and they really helped me to understand what I was buying before I came. I would highly recommend Force Vans to all buyers but certainly to people who are travelling a long way as they are not time wasters like so many dealers!

I have been meaning to write a review for a while because I really am so pleased with my van and the service I received from Force Vans. Being Female I felt it was pretty daunting going to buy a van but Force Vans made me feel welcome, they gave me lots of help and there was no pressure to buy. I did end up purchasing a van and I am glad I did as it has been absolutely brilliant. I would certainly recommend Dan and the rest of the Force Vans team.

I recently bought a beautiful 2005 Mercedes Sprinter Minibus from Force Vans and I would have to say overall, my experience was very good. The bus seems to be in great condition and the price was right. The two men I encountered working there were extremely friendly and accommodating. This place exceeded my expectations and I would purchase from them again.The process to purchase the bus was smooth and easy. I recommend to anyone looking for a van or bus to check out Force Vans. They've got great vehicles, good prices, and friendly service, all a family run operation. I'll update this review if anything changes :)

I bought a VW Crafter end of 2017. It was an impulse buy which is always risky. I’d gone to see another van which turned out to be not suitable for what I wanted and then just bought the VW instead without any research. I was a bit worried about it and when I finally drove it home had my local garage give it the once over. It was OK but they had a list of issues that they thought needed sorting before it would pass another MOT. It was doubtful whether the issues would be covered by the three month warranty but I phoned Force Vans and without hesitation they just said bring it back and they would fix it all. It then took months of me mucking them about because I live a long way away and could not get the van back to them. They even offered to send someone down to pick it up. In the end I did get it back six months after buying it and they fixed everything as promised. Really happy with the van now and the service from Force Vans.

Just bought a ex Police twin wheel Sprinter (blue)I went to see the van first (great friendly trusting service let me have a test drive with no forms!!)It wasn't cheap but they carried out some extra work for free.Picked it up a week later with good service the guy couldn't be more pleasant,I ran my own motor trade business for 10 years and know how easy it is to get duff review from certain people who don't always understand some of the complexities and having read most of the reviews I had to add mine.All good as far as I'm concerned and I kid you not the Sprinter felt as good as my Silver Spirit as I drove it back to Edenbridge over 5 hours.Any used vehicle purchase is a risk but these guys seem better than most.Great service is all I can say

We picked up our Citroen relay last friday Appears we have bought a nice van Low mileage for year, Dealt with Phil he seemed a nice guy although he didn't show us the van he just said there's your van, we were left with questions after the sale, We should have checked everything but we did not,So I e mailed them and they wont reply to answer the questions so that's why i gave them 4 stars not 5 , Apart from this quite a good buying experience. Now nearly a year later We had some issues but were lucky we have bought a great van its already gone to Austria and back no probs

Thank-you Force Vans, you have a great selection vans that you won't find elsewhere. I put a deposit down to hold a van to view, but wasn't able to get down, and they had Amazing customer service and gave me the deposit back quickly. Whilst discussing the van they were so helpful, offering me extra warranty. I was recommended viewing from a friend who brought a van off them last year. And he is very happy with his purchase. I hope to do business with them in the future!

Some peoples expectations are far to high! We brought a ex national grid van, all seems good to us. how much guarantee would you put on a second hand van? 3 mths, 3000k seems OK to me. the small print says you get it back to us if it breaks down (rightly so) I am only back looking at these reviews as i would like to buy another van from them. Remember some people are just not happy!!!!!
