Kwik Fit - Sunbury-on-Thames

Always honest I was told that I needed work on brakes from another garage and when I booked at kwik fit they advised me not needed. Had a mix up with my last booking and had to reschedule and quoted the wrong price for my service but honesty teumps human error. Would recommend

We waited 2 hours for an MOT that had been pre-booked. There was no customer service whatsoever, no communication re the progress of my MOT and at the end of it, I was handed the wrong keys. Safe to say we won't be returning!

Doesn’t fit tyres if you bought them. Always fit ones they sell you at-least 45% more expensive.A quite sneaky but arrogant rip off! Not the Kwik fit brand we used to think off. I’ll be careful if I’m senior citizen or old person with old school mindset. They are after your vulnerability.

The service at Kwik fit today was outstanding. They were polite, efficient and they really helped me. I had visions of not being able to drive my car for a few days, but thankfully they remedied the issue. Thanks Harry and the amazing Kwik fit team.

We trusted this brand for many years. Did service and tyre changing. Oil used by Kwik fit 5W40 but many places including Honda and many motoring shop excluding eurogarage doesn’t recommend 5W40 for my car. 5W30 or OW20 used previously. Changed to 4 new tyres, after less than 10 miles, deflation warning came up . When checked all tyres had different air pressure front 2 (36, 35) rear (33,35). How wheel alignment check done with different tyre pressure?

I was prepared to spend a chunk of money on tyres today, the guys took a look and patched them up free of charge. I'm very grateful especially in this cost of living crisis. Thanks so much, much appreciated.

However, my troubles began when I received an unexpected call from someone at KwickFit. To my surprise, the person on the other end did not bother to introduce themselves properly. Instead, they informed me that they couldn't drive my car to the garage due to an alleged power steering issue. They even had the audacity to ask if I wanted to fail the MOT test because of it. Frankly, I couldn't believe what I was hearing, as I had just driven and parked my car smoothly in your narrow parking space without any issues.Doubting the legitimacy of the caller's claims, I declined the failed MOT test offer. To get a different perspective, I asked my son to call on my behalf. However, the individual disconnected the conversation abruptly, displaying a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer communication skills.The unnecessary panic and stress caused by your staff member's incompetence had a significant impact on me. I spent hours worrying about potentially costly repairs or even the possibility of having to dispose of my car if the steering problem turned out to be genuine. This anxiety even led me to question my driving abilities, and I felt unsafe driving home that day.In the end, I took my car back from KwickFit and booked it for an MOT test with a different facility closer to my home. To my immense relief, it passed the test without any issues whatsoever. This confirms that the initial claim made by your staff member about my car's power steering problem was entirely baseless.This unfortunate incident reminds me of a previous encounter I had with KwickFit a few years ago. After having my brakes repaired at your facility, I had to deal with the brakes indicator remaining on due to the neglect of adding brake fluid. Such repeated incidents of unprofessional behavior and negligence raise serious concerns about your staff's competence and the overall customer care at KwickFit.
