An absolute amazing service from Ross, from the day we first contacted Ross up until the day of the sale the service was second to none! No time of day to contact him was ever a hassle for him. It was an absolute pleasure to have purchased our car from Kneeton Hill!

I have purchased 3 cars from Bob, a Cayman GTS, a Bentley GT Speed and an RS6. All has gone well the car is/has to date been fine. Bob also has good relationships with finance brokers and is very knowledgeable.

By far the best car buying experience i have ever had. From the start Bob was super patient and saw the deal right through to the end, nothing was a problem and he responded to every message i sent (and there was a few as i was overseas working), and there was none of the usual pushy sales rubbish, which was a pleasant surprise in todays market. On my return to the UK after a month from originally starting dialog with Bob i finally went to pick the car up. Unfortunately Bob was away, but Ross was at hand and walked me through the handover, again no stress or rushing, just super relaxed and professional. Ross went through all the paper work and carried out the registration of both cars, as i was part exchanging my Car and after a quick inspection by Ross, there was no haggling over anything and he honored the original deal Bob offered at the start (Without even seeing the car) I would like to thank both of them for making this the perfect car buying experience and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a car. Absolutely 10/10 service from Bob and Ross at Kneeton Hill. I have bought over 150 cars in my lifetime, and have been fortunate to buy everything from a Fiesta to a Ferrari. What sets these guys apart is that they really “get” you’re spending a lot of money, (no matter what car you buy it’s a lot of money!) and they tune into making the experience of the customer perfect. Too many car dealers just transact sales and the customer is only a number on a sales board. Deal done and gone….next. This approach couldn’t be more different at Kneeton Hill. I originally spoke to Bob who gave me an excellent description of the car, spent time talking through my requirements and was polite, friendly and accommodating through the whole transaction. Collecting the car I met Ross, who was also very friendly, polite, and really went out of his way to make sure my buying experience was perfect. I traveled over 250 miles to get my car and Ross had everything ready, the car looked stunning, all the paperwork was present and correct, I immediately knew it was a good decision to spend money with this company. Every company needs a Ross! At no time was I rushed or pressured, and all the cars I saw at the showroom were all in excellent condition. While no one expects the red carpet to be rolled out for just buying a car, when you’re spending a lot of money you just want everything to be correct and the car be as described - which is exactly what you get here. A refreshing change from most car dealerships! I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bob, Ross and the team at Kneeton Hill.

I contacted Kneeton Hill showing interest in a BMW X6 for sale. Bob contacted me back straight away and i have to say, what a pleasant and polite man he is. When i went to their showroom i was greeted by Ross. He showed me around the vehicle and what a beauty that is. He allowed me as much time as i wanted to look around/test drive the car, even though it was out of business hours he stayed behind for me. No pushy salesman tactics at all, just an all round pleasant car buying experience to say the least, and that is a first in my experience. Needless to say i bought the car. A very straightforward no nonsense buying experience. If you are looking to buy a beautiful car with no hassle, go see Ross and the team. I don’t think I’ll be in a rush to change my car but when i do I’m going back to Kneeton Hill without a doubt.
