Bought two EHS500 Lifts from pro bike a few weeks back. Really great service, super friendly and helpful staff, and great ramps too! All round a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend!

I attended an interview here this morning and was very impressed. The staff and building were friendly and welcoming. Overall a nice, productive but relaxed atmosphere.

Misleading product description, needed to prove reception after they lost my return, took some 20 e-mails and 6 months to receive a full refund: poor internal processes, poor customer service, stay away

Not notch service!

I needed new paddock stands and as a new bike meant I had a single sided swing arm to deal with. After seeing posts on the Ducati Forum recommending ProBike I took a look and the products appeared to be well made and offer exactly what I needed. I placed my order and they arrived the next working day and the first thing I noticed was how incredibly well packaged they were. Each of the stands were fully wrapped in bubble wrapped and every space inside the box had been filled with further cardboard boxes to protect, it was like an engineer had packaged them! Unfortunately I was sent the wrong size pin for the rear stand, easy mistake as there's a couple of sizes for Ducati's. A quick phone call to the office and Penny couldn't have been more apologetic and helpful with the correct pin sent out the next day on a next day delivery. Would absolutely recommend and wish you could find this level of service more!
