Once you get to your appointment the coach will see you and ignore you. They call you in after your appointment time and pretend like they were calling your name out the whole time when infact they are always too busy talking to their colleagues. When you try to call them they hang up the phone and dont pick up even after multiple calls. They are incapable of doing their job properly.

They don't have a clue what their doing. One advisor says one thing and other says something else, which means their not on the same level. They make you wait an age on purpose knowing your waiting to be seen. Need to be professional and know your job before telling others.
