Having started off very well, from design stage to dealing with Karen we were very pleased. Fitting was OK, brickwork was quite poor when they had to fit the rail - just used cement to patch up their error. Had 2 large gates newly built and 3 railings 'powder coated' - rusted to bits within A MONTH. They returned, wanting to do the repair on site, to which I refused, so they took the gate away. 3 months on, same issue, could not come to a resolution as they just wanted to do the same process again for the THIRD time. No gestures of goodwill here or anything - settling in small claims court now.Also the letter box which they had fitted also had to be replaced as water leaked in and all post was soaked, which they replaced and is fine now.

Excellent service, turned up when they said they would, (both for pricing up and installing), pricing was transparent, and the job was completed quickly and spotlessly. Very happy...

I just moved to this area and telephoned lots of 'Gate' companies. Most of these 'unprofessional' companies ask you to measure yourself because they are rubbish! What a complete waste of time.I then finally located this WONDERFUL company named 'ALL ABOUT GATES & AUTOMATION LTD'!!Oh my god, what a lovely and highly professional company. I wanted 'driveway gates' and 'security doors'. The amazing and caring Director, 'Karen' organised everything for me. Right down to the exact inch/metre!!. The gates look so amazing and classy. They are really thick and heavy and look so elegant. I now have 'Hollywood' style gates and doors. The design and quality are so beautiful that they have absolutely transformed my house! The wonderful customer service that I received from the delightful 'Karen' and her fabulous team (the wonderful engineer, 'Jack') was and is so excellent. Personal attention was given to me and I was made to feel very special. I received amazing customer service with extra attention to the smallest of details and 'Karen' and her lovely team constantly went 'that extra mile'! The price was very affordable and good too.It is amazing and professional companies like 'ALL ABOUT GATES & AUTOMATION LTD' that brings a smile to the client's face. When you look at the fabulous workmanship, the lovely care and attention that I received as one of their customers. Wonderful company that gives a high quality service with genuine friendliness and smiles. Everything is amazing. You are your company are just an amazing company. Very pleased with the result.The guys who came round were happy to take the time to discuss the project and required works. Once work began they were also very inclusive with any issues that arose and possible solutions and dint shy away from spending the extra time to get the correct solution to the issue rather than an easy fix.Would recommend to others and would also get them back for any future jobs!

All About Gates provided a professional and competitive service, replacing an old timber fence with metal railings and installing a new video intercom, making sure all worked to our satisfaction. Good job all round.

We recently has some gates installed for our school property, Karen was so helpful from start to finish and the engineers have done a great job in installing. They worked around our schedules and fit the work in making sure our needs came first.They completed groundworks to a high standard and didn't finish until everything was done properly.Karen was always at the end of the phone if we needed anything and is a credit to the company.Thanks For all your hardwork we love our new gates!!!

We had our side door and rear garden gate fitted recently. Very pleased how quick and easy the process was for the team to come down and install everything. Very impressed with the quality of the gates, would recommend coming to these guys!!!

Recently had the pleasure of using this friendly family company.From the beginning Karen was professional and informative, listening carefully to what I wanted and ensuring it was correct from the initial survey visit discussion.I was kept updated from the factory whilst my gates were in the workshop all the way up to install day. I even got pictures of progress, it was exciting to see.All my calls were returned same day and nothing was ever to much trouble. The girls in the office were polite and professional and passed messages on promptly.On install day I had a phone call letting me know they would arrive shortly and the guys that came were so polite and professional. they installed in no time and left my grounds immaculate.I am so happy with the end result and the whole experience was so easy i would most definitely recommend this company and will use them again.I already have 1 friend and 1 neighbour with works in the factory!
