I just wanted to share my experience of this wonderful shop situated at Holly Hill Rd in Kingswood. I will not bore you with the details but I have had to visit this shop twice in the last two weeks to collect a various gas cards as we have been having trouble with our meter. Both times I have visited staff have been very welcoming and friendly and on my visit today a gentleman staff member went above and beyond what I could have expected from him. After yet again being given an incorrect code from the gas company he called the paypoint people to try and resolve my problem. This is probably the best customer service I have ever received in a shop. Thank you very much :)

Really helpful staff and manager. I came to do a parcel drop off- they can accept UPS. Unfortunately I needed FedEx however they helped me bring my parcels back to the car.Easy parking for 4 cars outside in a lay-by.

Friendly fast service, they do close for lunch between 1 and 2 so just be mindful of that.

Popped if for a parcel and found the guy friendly and helpful plus plenty of food as well for sale

LIFE SAVERS!!! my electric key decided to stop working and company arranged a new one here, by then was 5pm and they were meant to be closing so called wondering if I could stop in ASAP, the lovely man said it was fine. Very happy and smiley and pleasant, you don't get many shops that would do this for people so thank you so so much!

Went to pick up a UPS parcel and got there just past 1800. They were still in the shop as I spoke to them through the shop entrance which was open. They wouldn’t give me my parcel and had to return the next day. Very poor customer service especially when you pay such an expensive premium to use UPS.

I love this shop staff are super friendly and always happy to chat.

Great newsagents. Good range of essentials. Friendly staff and good local newspaper delivery service at reasonable prices.

Have used shop for several years and always received excellent very friendly service from all staff. Shop is also a UPS agent for which I am very grateful as it has saved me from having to be at home or make other arrangements to receive/return parcels during shop opening times.
