The Body Shop

The body shop is my favorite. They have lot of options in Body Lotion, Butter lotion, Shower Gel, Shampoo and perfumes. You always go and you will have something new to try. Shea butter is my favorite and they have products for different type of skins. I find very good products for dry or super dry skin and it actually works very well. :)Also they offer cheaper rates if you take a reusable bottle and refill and repeat !Staff is very helpful here. They always help you and tell you about products and any offers they have. They also have membership card free of cost which you can take from the billing counter and you can start saving. They also give you birthday voucher :)Highly recommend to give it a try !!

I usually love The Body Shop and their products, however this time round the store had very limited stock and the staff looked bored. I was in the shop browsing and I left without a single employee approaching me or asking if they could help - instead they were lounging on displays or chatting. Very disappointed as usually shopping at the Body Shop is a wonderful experience. I guess this store is the exception.

Holly and her colleague are great. Thank you so very much for a wonderfully easy and rewarding shopping experience on Sunday afternoon. Cannot think of any way that my experience could have been enhanced. Six Stars! Cheers.

The staff in this particular Body Shop are always so pleasant, friendly and helpful! They seem to genuinely care that you have a good experience and it’s hard not to appreciate that.

I like all the products that i tried and checked there . Alot of new things they introduce in a month or may be weeks .There face masks are quiet fun to use . There is a charcoal , matcha green tea mask , honey mask i think i remember it . Matcha green tea mask was nice as it was so refreshing and soothing a person can feel there baby soft cleasned skin like butter .They put quiet interesting sales as well !! They have mini skincare stuff too which is very easy for people to try before buying it .They have gift packs in different sizes and different reasonable prices !!All skin care stuff with skin care and body care accesories !!!They got makeup too but you have dig in for something nice and good. And all the range of eyeshadows is just cool. But its your choice what you like the most !!I bought a small cute pack of almond Milk and Honey . It was just so refreshing and made my skin so soft and moisturized.

Visited this store in Manchester with my girlfriend. Absolutely fantastic customer service!! All the products were explained well and we were given plenty of time to make a decision. Looking forward to using the products.
