My mom has medical issues that leave her in severe pain. I contacted Repose for help in choosing a chsir for her . They were extremely helpful and professional and the chair is just what my mom needed. It was delivered by Blake who was such a pleasant and helpful person. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Thankyou Emily at Repose for going the extra mile to help us when our riser recliner chair needed a new handset. The handset arrived the next day as promised and the advice enabled us to get everything up and running again like new. After 4 years of daily use this was the only issue we have ever had and the chair has been a godsend to my mother making her more comfortable and independent and assisting with her medical conditions.Thankyou again…brilliant!Annie and Richard Brooks

It has taken several contacts with the company before making the choice of model from their range.Each enquiry has been dealt with in friendly, but informed and helpful fashion.There are several models listed and some have small differences either in sizing, function or design and suitability. The staff members have all been extremely helpful, from Emily and Julie (so patient with all my queries), Blake and right down to the transport guys.Initial delivery was a week earlier than expected which was awesome.When I had a problem, it was quickly sorted out and chair back at home within two weeks of the initial call. Fantastic response and service.Well done Repose. Your staff are an asset to your business.So far, the chairs appear to be good value, and we'll made & finished off.

My next door neighbour severed the cable on his riser recliner chair. Emily was great in telling me where to get he information she needed then supplying a quote. I placed my order and it was ready to collect when I arrived at the factory. It worked as soon as it was plugged in and my neighbour is happy again using his chair. The staff at Repose are brilliant, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their products, price is good as well!
