I engaged Steven Gray Designs to obtain Planning for a rear kitchen extension after a recommendation from a friend. Steven engages well with the Client, provided several architectural layout options for discussion and then completed the design to satisfy the Client’s requirements which then obtained Planning Approval from Haringey Council as well as Building Control approval. Steven dealt with the Council directly during the Planning Process answering their queries and also liaised with Thames Water to obtain the Build over approval which I thoroughly recommend to avoid further complications when selling the property or if the sewer is damaged by the building works.As Steven is a Party Wall Surveyor as well, I engaged the firm to deal with the Party Wall matters on both sides which is now nearing completion.I found that Steven and his Office Manager Leyla are very prompt in dealing with queries and offer a friendly customer service experience and I thoroughly recommend using their services for any Building Project. I look forward to working with them during the construction works.
