A great weekend spent at the River Wye Activity Centre, firstly stand up paddle boarding then canoeing. Very happy with the amount of health and safety information our group were given. Then we were all kitted up with our boats/boards and suitable paddles. Big thanks to Rob at Ultimate! Highly recommend.

Amazing day out with the family paddle boarding! All the staff were very friendly, the location is incredible which is situated just outside the Brecon Beacons. Would definitely recommend!

Rob helped us organise an awesome weekend for a group of us ladies, including kayaking and archery. Loads of fun, we stayed at their new centre in Glasbury where we were well looked after! Would highly recommend!

Place seemed nice but some of the staff...Staff were being smart with us and making us pick up their litter.I got yelled at for 'not following an instruction' which is fair enough if I wasn't, but the fact one of the staff just assumed I wasn't listening and stopped the whole group to embarrass me.Would recommend somewhere else.

We booked a day's canoeing here and had brilliant friendly service throughout. Ava drove us to the start point and picked us up later, she was so friendly and professional, chatting in the minibus with her was a great start and end to our day, thank you so much. Highly recommend!

An absolute joke this company. Do not use them. Tried to cancel our trip the night before, turned up late, no health and safety, no maps, nobody to pick you up or tell you where to get out of the river. We had to drag canoes back upstream and my father in his 70's nearly drowned in the rapids slipping on the rocks. To think they suggested us canoeing upstream as an alternative...that would have been an impossible task due to the low water level. The town we got told to visit had no jetty or landing area to get safely out of the river. We had to climb up a muddy bank and drag the canoes up it. Should have smelt a rat when they wouldn't accept credit card payment. Proper cowboy outfit. If you want to go canoeing in this area the bar staff at a local pub said use Monmouth canoeing. Avoid these like the plague!

A payment was made to this agent in December 2016. The end user has yet to receive their payment. Consequently my brother and I were turned away from our activity day in June.I strongly suggest you do NOT use this agent.

Avoid: Strongly suggest to book with someone else.Several weeks before our canoe trip we got in contact with Adina, with details of our group and preferred date.Weeks of email ping pong followed (why not just have booking through a website?). 4 days before the trip we were told the slot we wanted was still available..... and then......silence.By this time it was now too late to book something elsewhere, so we simply missed out, and had to tell our son that we'll have to do it another time.Unless you want the risk of the same happening to you, we suggest you book somewhere else!By the way - read the reviews (I wish I did): I can't believe they're all fake reviews!.... fake company??!

Booked a 6 person individual Kayak trip from Hay-on-Wye to Whitney. Absolute amazing service. Didn't feel pressed for time. Really nice staff, that left us to ourselves which resulted in a fun adventure for the group. The route itself was perfect for our group (Novice Kayakers who different abilities of fitness).Easy to Book, fun activity, completive pricing. I will 100% use this activity again.
