Really easy, although the car park was really busy the chargers were available to use and worked well. 35% to 80% in 25 minutes.

Love the reliability of InstaVolt chargers. 9 times out of 10 other ones are either out of action or just not quick enough. Never been to an InstaVolt one that isn’t working. 10/10

Currently out of service because the site is closed while Macdonalds is being refurbished. Not good! Can Instavolt negotiate EV access to the chargers, which seem to be working. And until that's done, show them as unavailable on the app?Macdonalds has now reopened (Dec 2022) so should be ok now.

Good charge but noted the 90 minute stay limit, which can only be targeting EV drivers. Who else takes an hour and a half to down a burger?? Surely InstaVolt should address this issue. Both units were blocked when I arrived, one non-EV driver enjoying his food!! Fortunately she acknowledged the need to go and park and the many free spaces. Mystery how many people don’t recognise charging points.

A joy to use. Screen is very clear and gives detailed information on charge progress and cost. Charging and stopping couldn’t be simpler. Recommended!

Straight forward ,it charged as we ate our burger. Only annoying thing, it was a 50Kw charger but it only managed 23Kw.

Charger on the right appeared to not be working as the screen remained on home page & the Available sign stayed on throughout, but it did actually charge (I used the app to start it) . Led to a slightly awkward chat with someone who thought I was just parked there and not charging. Showed him my app & dashboard which displayed charging status.

Charging as it should be. Clean, modern pillars - with a superb app to initiate and monitor the charge. Why are not all charging companies copying InstaVolt? Best in class in my view.
