I have just been to Kay twice and she has transformed my skin just within 2 sittings. She is not only the best at what she does, also makes me feel comfortable and gives honest and open advise. She is lovely, friendly and very professional. I have been to different salons before and done number of sessions of a treatment recommended to treat my skin but the outcome was always temporary. I totally recommend Kay.

I have been going to Kay over the last year and can say she is the best in the game. She is passionate about skincare and gives 10000000% in what she does. She's thorough and always explains what she is doing and why. She is so honest, if she thinks that a treatment won't be suitable for you, she will tell you, its not about the money with her, it's results and client satisfaction. My skin is glowing thanks to her. Just go on her Instagram and you will see her work. Not only a skin guru, she is also a therapist who listens to you whilst you ramble on about your life! Haha.

Kay does the best massages, i struggle with my back as i walk so much for my job and she works wonders. So polite, and really invested in you as a customer. I'd give her 10 stars if i could. Best in the area by far! Thanks my lovely. X

Kay is fantastic! It’s no wonder she wins awards, I’ve been visiting her for years and recently moved closer to where she is so I can visit her more often. She is THAT good, super professional and helpful, really nice to chat to and just the loveliest person ever. Not to mention the quality of her treatments and aftercare is second to none, my skin is absolutely amazing now and I always get compliments. This is by far the best experience I have had at a beauty salon from booking the appointment to the consultation and then treatment. I love how you explain everything thoroughly and allow time for questions. You've always made me feel at ease whilst having treatment done by you. I also like the way you alway add something extra at the end of the treatment for no additional cost that you know will enhance my treatment further. Its not about the money for you, its about making us women feel good!!I cannot wait to book my next session.

Me and my partner have now been to Kay’s Beauty Room for around 3 sessions each. I’ve personally had RF Microneedling, Vitamin B12 and PRP for hair growth. Treatment aside, Kay is the sweetest soul I have ever met not just in the world of aesthetics, but is a really down to earth person who goes to all lengths to ensure that both treatments and service are delivered to the highest calibre. Her IG reviews speak for themselves and no wonder she has a flourishing business.Update: went back to Kay last week for some micro needling, as this was very effective last time, Kay advised me that I don’t need this procedure agin and instead recommended LED Light Therapy instead, couldn’t be happier!!Had another appointment with Kay earlier this week and I just love the consistency in her work ethic. She has truly mastered the art of what she does. This was my 2nd session of PRP and I also had a Vitamin B12 jab due to fatigue I’ve been feeling recently. Kay has a really gentle hand when it comes to injecting and I truly didn’t feel a thing! Will be booking in again for the new year!

Kay is absolutely wonderful I have only one had session from her but I am definitely going to see her again. Seeing everything that she posted beforehand I could see she was hard working and had experience and knew I had to see her. She explained everything thoroughly and I had good results from the treatment I received. She went as far as giving me advice in terms of how often to have that specific treatment or just do that other treatment would not be beneficial since working under the skin is extremely beneficial. I have never received such information from anyone else which meant that I am now confident in receiving the same treatment and any other treatment from Kay. She is lovely and kind hearted person. Her room is cozy and made just for her client's which feels healing and I felt well rested. Keep going Kay, you rock!!

She delivers 100 per cent everytime. She is the most kindest, understanding and humble woman I know. Goes above and beyond for her clients.
