The guy who served me was brilliant tbh, had a problem with the return and he was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable.I didn't recieve a receipt off UPS so I rang the shop a few days later and again the guy was brilliant.

Very very bad service. The scanner is rude and unwilling to scan your items or give a receipt .Instead he tells you to chuck them in the corner and gets rude and aggressive if asking him for proof of postage. In all other UPS drop-offs the practice is to automatically scan the parcels and give a receipt however if you request for this to happen at this branch the worker simply refuses to serve you and tells you to go to a different branch.

I can't even find this access point, been there roaming around for 25 minutes,couldn't find this unit. Completely dissappinted
