Great when it's not busy!Lovely staff, but a bit slow. Definitely cleaner than it used to be but always cups, plates and wrappers left on the tables and never see them being wiped even when they do get around to collecting all the crockery/rubbish.Unfortunately the only Starbucks in Newbury so not really any other choice. The only reason we go is because it's open later than most others and Costa coffee is nasty.

I wanted to have a sandwich and coffee and relax out of the heat. Not a chance! I walked over the road to Costa instead.There were four staff behind the counter in Starbucks and only 4 people seated with their coffee. I suppose that’s because EVERY table had not been cleared of previous customers mess. It was nothing short of disgusting, even the chairs were covered in food and the floor was such a mess. I even heard a customer ask a member of staff for a cloth to clean a table. Starbucks you need to get your act together!

Had a caramel latte, they put so much syrup in it was awful, couldn’t taste coffee, so sickly. Undrinkable, won’t go back.

Can't remember the last time ordered another drink as it was made really well - the curly red haired girl certainly cared for the drinks -- Java Chip, Strawberry Acai and off the menu Matcha Frapp -- all flavour and not too sickly sweet. Looking forward to our next Starbucks treat day.

Amazing coffee! Had to drink before taking a picture! Staff are always very friendly and coffee is always hot! They always get the orders right! There's plenty of seating so if you want to sit and work or just need some piece with a nice coffee then thus is the perfect place for you!

The coffee design was great, and quick, friendly service. There was a mixup in the order, but it was soon fixed. Would recommend!
