UPDATE AFTER OWNER REPLY: I’ve updated the review by 1* to be completely fair as I didn’t make a direct complaint to the owner at first. Good customer service and was offered replacement roses, although we didn’t accept.First time ordering a bouquet for my mums birthday and received a gorgeous bouquet with some unusual flowers and it was so easy to order online.Sadly all the roses wilted in a few days. It was a warm few days, however my mum is very experienced with looking after cut flowers and bouquets so it was surprising how fast they wilted. We had supermarket roses bought a day before this bouquet and both vases were kept in the same conditions but the supermarket ones survived much better. Quite disappointing as I specifically requested roses as they’re my mum’s favourite flower, however the other flowers have survived well and the overall experience was good.

Little Paddock - really nice people and the flowers were extraordinarily beautiful with some unusual touches we really appreciated. We chose a white theme and they looked great and filled the room with scent. Still in flower 2 weeks later with zero losses. Beyond the expected. prompt delivery too. Will def use again.
