JAG Heating arrived same day for a boiler out issue. Initial diagnosis conducted over the phone. When on site rapidly confirmed the diagnosis and proceeded to rectify the fault. JAG also proceeded to conduct a mini service and tested the input and outputs of the boiler. JAG identified a potential failing with my condensate pipework and fixed it at the same time.Exceptionally polite and professional, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.Thank you for the prompt service, and for getting my boiler back up and running so quickly.

Joe serviced boiler and performed gas safety check. He also gave some really useful advice about gas pipe work we were considering doing and has saved me a considerably amount by doing so. Very friendly and professional service. Thankyou!

Had to get emergency repair on our boiler as it was over heating and needed a new pump. Joe came out within a matter of hours with a new pump and fitted it. He also serviced the boiler at the same time. Extremely professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend and will be using again. Thank you JAG Heating

Joe came out to my elderly aunts house at very short notice to fix an issue left by another plumber. He was professional, competent and extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain to my aunt and most importantly he fixed the problem and hot water has been restored. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thankyou

Our boiler decided to break on a rather chilly Saturday morning. We called Joe and he answered straight away. He was incredibly helpful and was able to identify the problem (despite our terrible descriptions) and then took us through some steps over the phone to fix it. He then came a few days later and did a full service and fitted us a brand new thermostat and we are extremely happy with it. Wonderful service and a very nice man! Would highly recommend

I have used Gary for several years and was delighted to see Joe had joined him as he is a Worcester Bosch specialist. Both Gary and Joe are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. They serviced my 14 year old boiler remedying a fault ensuring it continues to serve me for another few years. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
