Uppercutz

Have been visiting Uppercutz for many years. Can’t speak highly enough of the salon, the team and Kelly the owner. It’s always welcoming and a cheery atmosphere. Kelly cuts my hair and looks after me well. She knows my hair, it’s growth pattern and how it needs treating. Always a pleasure to pop in for my appointment. A spotlessly clean salon and never feels rushed or hurried. Always recommend to anyone looking for a new salon experience

This is the second time I have visited this salon, I have been to a few different hairdressers in Kingsbridge but I wanted to give this place a re-visit. Unfortunately the front part of my hair cut was shaped not as I asked. I understand mistakes can be made. However, I was given no apology. The girl cutting my hair did not handle the situation well, she overlooked that I wasn't happy to only give me her explanation without an apology. Really bad customer service. If it had been handled differently I would have returned, but due to the reaction I will definitely not be coming back. I hope this review can be used as feedback for staff members to improve and learn from this situation.

A really good hairdressers. I get my hair cut here as well as my son. My mum used to get her hair colored here before she moved away and it was reasonably priced and they did a really good colour. The staff are very friendly and there's options but just your tea/coffee option too. Really great place would highly recommend it.

When In explained that I had very thick and dry hair, the staff was helpful in finding a suitable treatment and made me feel very welcome. Shanon tackled my hair beautifully and recommended great products to keep it tamed.

I am a regular client at this salon, the staff are all polite and friendly, the salon itself is beautifully presented and clean.They do Ladies, Gents and children's hair.I am always wanting something a little different with my hair and they are always happy to accommodate and style it to perfection.Absolutely recommended!

Professional service always . I have been visiting Upper Cutz for a few months . Fiona who cuts my hair is extremely professional and always goes the extra mile to provide an excellent service . Good experience here compared to some other places in town. Lovely lady that did my hair and pleasant surroundings. Will go back.

Good airy space, lovely staff, comfortable seating, wheelchair accessible. Revised my opinion following COVID-19. CHARGED 2 LADIES £54 FOR A 15 MINUTE TRIM. Shame on you, profiteering.Won't be coming back

WEDDING HAIR. Kelly and Alex joined in the fun at getting me and my family ready for my big day. These girls were absolutely amazing- so, so helpful, friendly and just generally lovely to be with on my special day. Everyone was over the moon with their hair from Mothers to Nieces. Thank you so much. The service from start to finish was professional and friendly, id definitely recommend.
