Today I placed the order online for chicken Tikka biriyani & lamb biriyani and fried rice.... It's very bad.. no salt in biriyani and no taste & rice is too oily with same taste even u buy lamb or chicken. My worse experience I had ever.. please don't waste your money... There is no option to give no star's.. that y I forced to be one..

It saddens me to write this review because the food itself is delicious, but to be charged £1 for an onion salad that barely fills a teaspoon is disgraceful. I know we are in a cost of living crisis, but seriously? I wouldn't have paid more than 10p for the smallest onion salad I have ever seen served in a grotty bag. I have a photo, but Google won't let me attach it to this review

Absolutely amazing service! The staff was incredibly friendly and warm-hearted. We asked for hot Tarka Dal, Bhindi, Palak Paneer, with rice and roti, and it was exactly what we hoped for. Even without us mentioning it, the staff knew we preferred desi-style sugar-free food, and that's precisely what we received. Every dish was exceptionally delicious, especially the Tarka Dal, which I usually judge takeaways by. Their Tarka Dal was just perfect - medium to hot, sugar-free, bursting with Indian kitchen flavors, and cooked to perfection, not too bland or grainy. Highly recommend this place and I'm definitely returning for more during my two-night stay in the area.

Average Indian takeaway. Probably one of the best in Portsmouth but anyway from a city with a good Indian population won't be impressed.

Decided to order from here as was coming back from King's Theatre and thought it would make a change!The order:Onion bhajee- tbh was abit to crispy for my liking, but far from badBrinjal bhajee - fantastic, and as an aubergine lover it's staggering how many get this wrongRed chilli bhuna (lamb) - as a bhuna fanatic it's always nice to have some variation. This was Definately hot but not at the expense of flavour. It was terrificManchurian (lamb) - deffo spicy but again not at the expense of flavour!!Special rice: well cookedKeema Naan again well cooked and not soggy!!!All in all I was very impressed, as the food was tasty, interesting, spicy and flavoursome which is what I look for in a curry!!20% off £25 and over was also a great bonus!!If you want a more varied menu and aren't afraid to try new things, Definately give this place a try
