I purchased and RM Primis for my Honda Vtec project a number of months ago, The features this ECU offers are amazing, its very easy to setup and software is easy to use. Firmware and Software are constantly being developed to give more features, Sales and Technical support are also very good, the lads are very easy to contact and have a massive amount of experience. I plan to fit one of these to my next project as well as I'm very impressed.

Rafa is always friendly and offers perfect support with any questions I have. My ecu for my mx5 was mapped through his remote tunerJosh, both Josh and Rafa were extremely helpful and supportive throughout. My car now runs amazingly and I have recommended his products to others who were also interested and hope they receive the same quality service as myself

They helped me when I didn't bought the PNP ECU from them (Already in the car when I bought it). They took videos for me to explain, help and all of that at 10pm + to help me get on the track the next week end. Next time I have to get a ECU, it will be sure from them. Thanks again guys.

Appalling after sales support, like seriously the worst ever. Bought an ECU and Wideband in April, wideband came first. ECU was delayed as it was being tested before shipping (remember this point as you read on). When installed sensor was faulty, common enough I've been told but getting a replacement sensor took weeks of emailing and the seller saying it was sent then suddenly sending a second one with a tracking number which then arrived. Next the ECU, seemed fine and technical support was ok but when I installed it and got the car starting I noticed no change on the MAP readings. Had to break open the enclosure to find that the MAP input had no hose to the sensor. This was the tested" ECU. Fixed it myself but requested a new enclosure as they are glued shut so broke the original one to open it. Was told I'd get a new enclosure and partial refund. Waited a few weeks and nothing

I bought the rm prmis pnp ecu for my seat leon cupra 1.8t 20v on 2003 plate, it's very good product, extremely well made and easy to fit.I have flyby wire throttle and the primis controls it very well.The software for tuning is really easy to use and is always being improved.Very good after care and fantastic help when needed. I would highly recommend.

These guy are rude and, seem to have a problem comfirming that there not in the uk,There in America! (Apparently)Been quoted a price, and if it wasn't for me being suspicious i would have been landed with import duty after purchase!There address here is Not a shop but someones house!SCAM!!! The phone number is a uk number that is directly diverted to another country!! Ref reply,The only thing Professional about this place is Lying!
